Start with the output

One raw material, two different process logics

A carrot juice line normally prioritizes liquid recovery and controlled solids separation. A carrot puree line keeps more of the comminuted tissue and therefore places different demands on refining, viscosity handling, heat transfer and filling. Concentrate adds another duty: evaporation and aroma or color protection must be considered as part of the full system.

The early stages can share intake, washing, inspection and size reduction, but the product branch changes what happens next. Keeping that split visible prevents a quote for the wrong process and makes later capacity, utility and packaging discussions more precise.
