Product application

Bag-in-Drum Carrot Juice & Puree

Plan bulk carrot product filling around the bag, fitment, drum, product properties and the validated preservation boundary.

Define the package as an equipment interface

Bag-in-drum filling is a downstream package choice, not a different extraction process. Supply the bag and fitment specification, drum arrangement, filling weight and handling plan. Juice and puree can require different feed and control conditions. The package must be matched to product transfer, filling head connection and the intended preservation system.

Connect product and package handling

Discuss incoming product temperature, viscosity, particle limits and the pressure accepted at the filling station. Include empty drum presentation, filled drum removal, weighing and connections to the product buffer. Keep these interfaces visible in the quotation so a filling machine is not selected separately from the equipment that feeds and receives it.

Separate machine features from process validation

An aseptic filler name does not establish a complete aseptic product boundary. Treatment, intermediate holding, sanitary connections, package preparation and the filling operation must work as the specified system. Qualified review defines the actual process and acceptance criteria. Cleaning, sterilisation where applicable and restart conditions belong in that review rather than being inferred from an equipment photograph.

Before you enquire

Questions worth answering.

Clear product and equipment requirements make the next conversation useful.

Which equipment duties are relevant to this project?

Product buffer and transfer system; Product-specific thermal treatment; Product and package filling interface; Cleaning and drain-down system. The final scope follows the product, trials and selected package.

What should I send with my enquiry?

Bag, fitment and drum specification; Required fill weight and handling plan; Juice or puree feed properties; Validated preservation objective; Cleaning and connection requirements. If a condition is undecided, describe the intended finished product.
