Carrot Juice Concentrate Processing Line Plan carrot juice concentration after extraction: define feed solids, evaporation duty, product quality, utilities and the filling interface.
Concentrate an extracted juice stream A concentrate line starts with the same washing, foreign-material control, preparation and liquid extraction decisions as a juice line. Concentration follows extraction; it does not turn whole roots into juice. Decide whether the feed will be cloudy or further finished, and establish the suspended-solids condition accepted by the proposed evaporation system.
Specify the feed and the target separately Provide measured incoming solids, desired final solids, prepared-juice flow and product temperature. Record colour, flavour and sediment acceptance alongside the concentration target. Raw-root intake and concentrate output are different capacity boundaries. A meaningful equipment comparison identifies water removal and product flow rather than applying one nominal line capacity to every machine.
Connect evaporation to the rest of the line Review heat utilities, cooling, condensate handling, vacuum duty, buffer capacity and cleaning access. Concentrated juice may need different transfer and filling conditions from unconcentrated juice. Treatment, hygienic holding and the packaging interface must follow the agreed product and distribution specification; an evaporator alone does not establish shelf life.
