Trace the material from intake to package

Not every project needs every optional step. Peeling, blanching or softening, homogenization, deaeration, concentration and aseptic filling should be included only when the product specification and process study justify them.

A process-flow diagram is the beginning, not the control specification

The next engineering layer identifies equipment tags, line sizes, instruments, valves, cleaning routes, utility connections and control narratives. Tie those documents to a scope matrix so that batteries limits and exclusions remain visible as the project develops.
