Product application

Carrot Puree Ingredient Processing

Specify carrot puree for ingredient use with a defined texture, particle limit, solids basis, bulk transfer and package interface.

Define the ingredient at its point of use

An ingredient buyer needs more than the word smooth. Identify the intended formulation, retained reference sample, particle criterion and the temperature at which texture or viscosity is measured. The line connects preparation, pulping and refining to the required ingredient. It should preserve the chosen tissue-rich product rather than treat puree as juice with a different name.

Coordinate screens, feed and temperature

Pulping and refining choices depend on root preparation and tissue condition. Screen selection is one equipment setting, not a complete guarantee of final texture. Use trials to compare the finished product, coarse rejects and retained material. Any peeling or conditioning step should have a stated purpose and a measured effect on the ingredient and process balance.

Make bulk handling part of the brief

Specify the storage, unloading and production conditions at the receiving plant. Pumping, buffer tanks, line drainage and the filling connection must accommodate the actual puree. A nominal flow measured on water does not describe a viscous product duty. Packaging and preservation are resolved together, with cleaning access and product changeover included in the equipment boundary.

Before you enquire

Questions worth answering.

Clear product and equipment requirements make the next conversation useful.

Which equipment duties are relevant to this project?

Carrot pulping machine; Puree refining and texture control; Product buffer and transfer system; Product-specific thermal treatment; Product and package filling interface. The final scope follows the product, trials and selected package.

What should I send with my enquiry?

Ingredient use and retained reference; Particle and texture acceptance; Viscosity test and product temperature; Bulk package and unloading method; Cleaning and changeover requirements. If a condition is undecided, describe the intended finished product.
