Process sequence

From prepared carrots to a controlled liquid stream

The typical logic begins with receiving, foreign-material removal, washing and inspection. Size reduction and controlled heating can prepare the tissue for extraction. The liquid-solid separation step may use pressing, decanting or another project-specific method. Downstream screens, finishers or separators then adjust the suspended solids according to the product brief.

The extraction choice affects both the juice and the fiber-rich side stream. It changes equipment loading, cleaning behavior, oxidation exposure and the balance between clarity and body. A vendor comparison is meaningful only when all bidders work from the same feed and finished-product assumptions.

Food-safety boundary

Carrot juice is not a place for generic heat-treatment claims

Carrot juice is naturally low acid. Process conditions, refrigeration assumptions and shelf-life claims must be established by the responsible food-safety specialists for the actual formulation, packaging and market. Equipment selection can support the validated process, but a website cannot substitute for that validation.

For a serious inquiry, state whether the product remains refrigerated, is acidified, is blended with other ingredients or is intended for ambient distribution. That single decision changes the engineering conversation.
