Carrot Juice vs Puree Equipment Compare pressing and liquid finishing with pulping and refining, then specify the downstream equipment each carrot product actually needs.
Start with what remains in the product A juice route extracts a liquid and sets its suspended-solids profile. A puree route retains comminuted tissue and controls particles and texture. Both can share washing, foreign-material removal, inspection and selected preparation. The extraction objective is the main difference, so a change of label is not enough to turn one equipment scope into the other.
Ask different trial questions For juice, compare the liquid, cloud, sediment and press residue. For puree, compare texture, particle acceptance, flow behaviour and coarse rejects. State the sampling and temperature conditions for both. Peeling and conditioning are optional decisions that should be justified by the finished product and representative feed rather than automatically included in every quotation.
Compare the downstream boundary too Transfer, concentration, treatment and filling must handle the product produced by the selected extraction route. A pump or evaporation duty suited to a low-viscosity liquid cannot be assumed to work unchanged with puree. Build a scope that names incoming and outgoing material at each interface, then use the equipment comparison tool to carry those choices into an enquiry.

Questions worth answering. Clear product and equipment requirements make the next conversation useful.
Which equipment duties are relevant to this project? Carrot juice extraction press; Juice solids separation / finishing; Carrot pulping machine; Puree refining and texture control. The final scope follows the product, trials and selected package.
What should I send with my enquiry? Juice or puree reference product; Extraction and reject acceptance; Required raw and prepared-feed rates; Concentration and package choices; Interfaces included in each quotation. If a condition is undecided, describe the intended finished product.
