Compare the whole scope before comparing the quote. Set the product and measurement basis. This tool builds a discussion checklist, without inventing recovery or process settings.
Choose a product to generate your equipment and measurement checklist. Both branches remain available in the process map below.
What changes between the two lines? Decision Juice line Puree line Product objective Extract a liquid and set suspended solids Retain comminuted tissue and set texture Extraction duty Pressing or another specified liquid separation route Pulping and refining of prepared roots Side stream Press residue and separator rejects Coarse pulper/refiner rejects Transfer basis Flow, solids and pressure at product temperature Viscosity, particles, inlet and pressure at product temperature Optional concentration Assess juice evaporation on its solids basis Assess a product-suited system on puree rheology Cleaning Press contact surfaces, collection and separator internals Screen, rotor, seals and viscous-product retention Packaging Defined preservation and juice specification Defined preservation, texture and package compatibility
01 / Shared root preparation
Multi-stage root washing system Raw roots with soil and adhering debris → Washed roots with accessible surfaces for inspection Stone separation module Root stream containing possible dense foreign material → Root stream after designed stone separation; separate rejects Root inspection conveyor Washed, separated roots → Accepted roots and an identifiable reject stream Carrot cutting and size reduction Accepted whole or prepared roots → Pieces or mash suited to the next operation Multi-stage washing is essential for soil-bearing roots. Preheating is included for texture conditioning and an earthy-flavour reduction trial; the final conditions are confirmed with the customer product.
03 / Selected downstream scope
Sequence and inclusion follow the product, preservation and package specification. Concentration does not replace extraction or process validation.
Multi-stage root washing system Raw-root input, kg/h and lot size Soil condition and root dimensions Make-up water, screening and wastewater basis Discharge height and carryover water Compare machine arrangements with representative dry soil, sticky mud, broken roots and seasonal variation.
