Buying guide

Pressed Carrot Juice or Puree: Trial Comparison

Compare a separated liquid with tissue-retaining puree using distinct product acceptance and mass boundaries.

Use two product definitions

For juice, define liquid appearance and suspended solids acceptance. For puree, define the reference consistency, fibre and particle endpoint. Apply the same temperature and method when repeating a measurement.

Track the branch-specific outputs

Pressing creates juice and a separate residue stream; pulping/refining produces a different product and reject pattern. Record accepted product mass and each residue rather than ranking these routes by one undefined yield.

Compare downstream scope

Record the proposed pump, treatment, optional concentration and packaging boundaries for each product. Use the accepted sample to assess the complete route and the retained equipment.

Take the record into your RFQ

Download the blank carrot trial and site worksheet from the homepage. Complete it with observations from your own roots and site; it contains no prefilled operating result.
