Carrot Puree Concentration Line Assess carrot puree concentration around texture, particles and viscosity, with product-suited heat transfer, pumping, cleaning and packaging.
Start with a defined puree Puree concentration follows pulping and refining. The retained tissue, particle distribution and flow behaviour are part of the product specification, not impurities that should automatically be removed. Compare the feed and final puree at stated temperatures. A juice evaporation rating cannot establish how the same system will handle a tissue-rich puree.
Select around rheology and heat exposure Discuss the actual sample, viscosity test, particle limits and acceptable changes to texture, colour and flavour. The proposed equipment needs a justified arrangement for product movement, heat transfer and residence time. Representative trials are more useful than transferring a capacity figure from water or a different fruit product. Record fouling and cleaning behaviour during the trial.
Keep transfer and filling in the same scope Higher solids can change pump selection, pressure losses, tank discharge and the filling interface. Resolve upstream buffering, line drainage, cleaning and package handling before fixing the layout. Concentration and preservation are separate decisions; the final treatment and package boundary require review for the actual product, market and distribution conditions.
